Yes, more fast four door hybrids, from the land that practically invented them. Infiniti has put hybrid powertrains in its flagship sedan, the Q70, as well as its midsize sedan, the Q50. They also have a hybrid option for their QX60 midsize SUV, but we'll focus on the sedans.
We haven't had much luck finding top speed figures for these cars, and Infiniti does not give this information on their website. One periodical suggested that the big Q70 could hit an electronically-limited top speed of 155 mph. The Q70 comes with a 3.5 liter V6 paired with an electric motor for a combined output of 360 horsepower. Compare that with the 5.6 liter V8 all gasoline version that puts out 420 horsepower... that one will probably do the 155. But we'll concede the Hot Hybrid title to the hybrid version anyway, as it most likely can top 140.

The mid-size Q50 has the same powertrain as the larger Q70, with the same output. So it most likely has the same speed or better. At about $50k, these are bargain Hot Hybrids!
